Father, as we experience this time of worship, may the message of the cross infiltrate our minds; may the power of the cross change us into new creatures; may the glory of the cross capture our complete attention; may the meaning of the cross challenge us to new commitment. This is our prayer, in the name of Jesus our Lord, we ask. Amen.
